ABOUT ME
As a formally educated, award-winning culinarian trained under the French culinary tradition, I boast general knowledge of the hospitality industry and focused food service experience ranging from fresh casual to fine dining. I am a decorated combat veteran and I chose a career in hospitality after separating from the United States Army. I have built a successful career in hospitality, working closely with the industry’s finest leaders. My formal education includes undergraduate studies at St. John’s University, graduate studies at Georgetown University, and a James Beard Award-winning food and beverage program at the French Culinary Institute in New York City. My education background, formal training, civilian work experience, and military leadership all make up an exclusive skillset that is a significant asset to any team.
